Wenn Kunden an den virtuellen Pranger gestellt werden
Der Aufruhr liess nicht lange auf sich warten. Seit ein Internetshop zahlungsunwillige Kunden auf eine Schwarze Liste gesetzt und diese mit vollständiger E-Mailadresse ins Netz gestellt hat, ist die Welt nicht mehr in Ordnung. Aufgrund der heftigen Reaktionen musste dieser die Liste denn auch schnell wieder entfernen. Weiter entschuldigte sich der Internetshop-Betreiber bei den Kunden.
Dieser Vorfall ist leider kein Einzelfall. Verschiedene Firmen operieren auf die gleiche Weise. Die Vorgehensweise widerspricht jedoch klar Artikel 15 des Datenschutzgesetzes.
Auch wenn der Frust der Anbieter irgendwie nachvollziehbar ist, distanzieren wir uns klar von dieser Vorgehensweise. Dieses Problem kann nur aufgrund einer sachlichen Grundlage gelöst werden und nicht mit emotionalen Argumenten.
