K-Geld hat verglichen: nettoSHOP ist Topanbieter
In der K-Geld-Ausgabe vom 1/2008 vergleicht die Redaktion den Kauf von Haushaltgeräte in Fachgeschäften und Online-Shops. Dieser Artikel kann unsererseits wie folgt noch ergänzt werden:
K-Geld zitiert, dass wer auf Beratung und Service verzichten will; besser beim Online-Händler einkauft. Die Aussage ist nur bedingt korrekt. Auch wir bieten eine Beratung an, wenn auch diese per Telefon oder per E-Mail erfolgt. Mit “Service” ist vermutlich der After-Sales-Service gemeint. Auf diesen Punkt setzen wir bei nettoSHOP besonderen Wert, wie die vielen positiven Kundensfeedback beweisen. Jedes Unternehmen, dass mittel- bis langfristig erfolgreich sein möchte, muss in den Service investieren; alles andere macht keinen Sinn.
Vorauszahlung
Auch wir bei nettoSHOP setzen auf Vorauszahlung. Der Grund ist einfach: Durch diese Vorgehensweise ersparen wir uns ein kostenintensives Debitorenmanagement und Debitorenverluste. Diese Kosteneinsparungen kommen wiederum unseren Kunden zu Gute, was sich in den vorteilhaften Preisen niederschlägt. Im übrigen ist es so, dass Firmenkunden mit einem HR-Auszug bei uns gegen Rechnung bestellen dürfen.
Lieferfrist
Die Lieferfristen betragen im nettoSHOP i.d.R. 4 – 5 Arbeitstage (ab Zahlungseingang gerechnet). Sollte ein Artikel nicht verfügbar sein, wird der Kunde innert 24 h beanchrichtigt.
Einbaugeräte
Hier steht unser telefonische Beratungsservice mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Voraussetzung ist, dass der Kunden die korrekten Nischenmasse misst (Höhe x Breite x Tiefe) und wir aufgrund dieser Angaben eine seriöse Beratung durchführen können. Im übrigen arbeiten im nettoSHOP nur ausgewiesene und gelernte Fachkräfte.
Versandkosten
Diese sind bei uns unter der Rubrik “Lieferbedingungen” sichtbar und werden pauschal nach Gewicht berechntet. Diese betragen:
- bis 5 kg: CHF 10.-
- bis 10 kg: CHF 15.-
- bis 20 kg: CHF 25.-
- Pakete bis 30 kg: CHF 30.-
- Sendung ab 30 kg: CHF 75.-
- Setangebot: CHF 75.-
Garantie:
Die Herstellergarantie beträgt heute im Bereich Haushaltselektronich üblicherweise 2 Jahre nicht wie im Artikel dargestellt 1 Jahr. Die Garantie ist immer an den Hersteller gebunden, ausser er hat diese einem Zwischenhändler vertraglich delegiert (welcher aber aufgrund dieser Vertragsbeziehung diese automatisch übernehmen muss).
In diesem Sinne wünschen wir viel Vergüngen beim Einkauf.

Herzliche Gratulation – Der Vergleich im “K-Geld” und die transparenten Infos geben eigentlich keinen Grund mehr, in ein sog. “Fachgeschäft” zu gehen. Und eine Beratung habe ich in keinem der genannten Händler in den letzten Jahren mehr bekommen – auf jeden Fall keine, die diese Bezeichnung verdient hätte. Da bietet das Web mehr Infos für einen fundierten Kaufentscheid beim billigsten Anbieter.
